Everyone I spoke to at Bates was very professional and kind. After Hurricane Milton, I was so stressed because my home flooded. I called on a Friday afternoon and they put me on schedule for Monday. Kai came as promised and did a very thorough job checking for safety. He was neat, polite and obviously very knowledgeable about his work. I’m so grateful to them. You can trust them to do a great job.
