Beautiful studio, welcoming and fun energy while still feeling almost spa-like, and amazing instructors—helpful, positive, passionate. The class itself is so fun and passes in a flash because of how the “active postures” are broken up. I’ve been a member for almost three months, and I’ve already seen my body change to be stronger, leaner, and more toned. I feel amazing after every class, and I never want to miss it. I couldn’t recommend this enough.
I forgot how much I loved group classes! Everyone is always so welcoming, friendly and smiles (yay customer service isn’t dead after all)! The little touches (hello cold lavender towel), the changes I’m already seeing (I just knew that pre-kid body was still in there somewhere) and the cute boutique has me so happy I gave Barre3 a try! A perfect addition to South Tampa! Proud to be a member!
Love everything about Barre3! I was super nervous walking into my first class, but Kendyl was so helpful and personable and made me feel super comfortable right off the bat. I’ve been going 2-3 times a week since and each class is different and definitely a full body workout.
