My experience with Arrow evironmental Services has been nothing short of a nightmare. This company has completely ruined my lawn — which I spent several thousand dollars repairing — and has shown a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. Their technician, Benny, repeatedly came to my property after being told multiple times not to — at least six separate occasions. I specifically requested a different technician several times, but the company continued to send Benny anyway. Colleen has always been respectful of property and privacy. She is very informative with all my questions. She notifies me in advance and when she has arrived. She is your best employee!
Colleen is very conscientious looking over the outside of the house for pest issues. She communicates well and follows up on customer concerns. I trust Colleen's judgement. No matter the time of day, she is friendly and dependable.
