Many customers trust her judgment and have been treated by her for years, thanks to her careful approach. My experience with Arrow evironmental Services has been nothing short of a nightmare. This company has completely ruined my lawn — which I spent several thousand dollars repairing — and has shown a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care. Their technician, Benny, repeatedly came to my property after being told multiple times not to — at least six separate occasions. I specifically requested a different technician several times, but the company continued to send Benny anyway. On one visit, he even called me for unrelated chit-chat, and when he did treat my lawn, he only did half of it. When I complained, a supervisor reached out, and I sent them video footage from my security cameras clearly showing Benny only spraying half my yard. After that, I never heard back. Despite my requests, Benny continued showing up unannounced, sometimes calling to say he couldn’t make it on his scheduled days and then showing up randomly later. I’ve made countless calls to Arrow and I’ve had to have my account credited multiple times for missed or incomplete service. The management is completely unresponsive and disorganized. I’ve warned them that I would report their unprofessional conduct and damage to my property to the Better Business Bureau, yet no one has ever followed up. Even their scheduling is careless — they’ve repeatedly scheduled my treatments only a week apart, which is terrible for the health of the lawn. When I called to correct this, the staff treated it as an inconvenience and offered no reasonable solutions. It’s disappointing because Arrow Environmental Services started off doing good work, but they’ve since fallen apart. Their customer service is awful, their management is unaccountable, and their technicians are unreliable. My family and neighbors have also had similar bad experiences, and our community is disgusted with how far this company has declined. At this point, I’m embarrassed that I ever paid them for their services. I would strongly advise anyone considering Arrow Environmental Services to look elsewhere.
