I worked for Ardent about a year, never had any issue, I did my job and they did their's to pay me on time, I am writing this comment for Jeffrey Montaniz, the time you stayed with the company it was because of Miguel, good thing that you did not go to Miguel's home, when Miguel offered you to come to his home to use his desktop computer to fill out the application, if you donot stop this threading behavior, you will be reported to authorities. You never showed up at work properly dress, very unprofessional, you disqualified from this job because of writing threatening messages and calling all superiors names.
