Terrible experience dealing with these people. My local people were awesome but anytime I had to deal with the 800 number it was chaos. Long wait times transferred from one incompetent representative to another. Most of who were working from home. One had crying in the background and had no clue what she was doing. After a lot of calls I finally did get a good representative that actually understood my frustration and made it easier for me to call her back.
Definitely, the customer service representative informed me that I must pay for the convalescent aides if my insurance would not pay. I did not like her inconsiderate attitude towards my financial situation. 😡😡😡
Very happy! My mobility device arrived quickly, already put together and is of sturdy quality! It’s great to be able to talk to a real human when calling. Message response time was also very good. I feel cared for 😊
