I had eye 'floaties' for the first time. They started two days ago. I called America's Best on Hillsborough Ave and Frank was extremely helpful. He made an appointment for me the very same day. The entire staff was sympathetic to my concerns and helpful. Luckily there is no damage to my eye and I was able to order a new pair of glasses. Thank you so much America's Best.
They are very nice and comforting people who helped me with my eye exam and glasses adjustments. Frank especially is a lifesaver who was able to fix my broken glasses that I thought were impossible to fix. The legs of my black plastic glasses and wired glasses snapped off a few years ago. I never had the time to fix them, so I completely forgot about them until I went for my exam last week. He was able to fix them by finding similar legs on his time off that had the same latch as the original that still fit my style and size.
He's a super friendly and enjoyable person to talk to and listen to. He's going to be my go-to for any glasses adjustments!
Frank went above and beyond to adjust 2 pairs of glasses. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and gave me great advice on the care of my glasses. It was a pleasure to visit your store today.
