They've been very good to me, they're amazing staff, but I have one complaint.
Sometimes, I don't feel heard or understood. My old doctor that used to be here insisted there was nothing wrong with my lungs after having Covid, and I requested to see a pulmonologist. They, instead, opted to take tests and see what comes up. After a few tests, they FINALLY let me see a pulmonologist, and go figure, Covid gave me asthma.
I found out about this over a year after having Covid.
The other part of this issue is that I have dealt with dizziness issues due to a medication I used to take causing them, and it has never gone away since. I wanted to see a neurologist,...read full review
I have been coming to this clinic for two years and have always been satisfied with the care and the staff. They are very nice and empathetic. I had only one snafu and that was an insurance problem and not really their fault. They were very attentive to my emotional state ( I was highly upset because I had to reschedule my hip surgery due to my insurance denying a CT scan.) The staff stayed in touch with me and let me know what was going on every step of the way. The only thing I can say that can be improved is speaking English. I am Latin but my family has been here for 3 generations so I am not fluent. I understand everything but speak minimal Spanish. That said, as...read full review
