I had Jordan come in today and do a UV light install and to sanitize my air-ducts due to mildew buildup. This guy was the nicest and most professional technician I've had the pleasure of dealing with. He did a great job inspecting and told me my options, install done on the same day for a good price.

Will did an assessment of my AC which was not working. While he could not repair it and had to order parts, he was clear on his explanation and walking me through what was wrong with my AC. Answered questions, provided me with all the information I needed to make my decision. While it is not the news I wanted to hear, it does help when the person is qualified and helps you understand what has happened. Next step will be the service call to install the parts.
