Wil is the best technician they have. We have known him for years and he is very attentive and goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service. Debbie is super helpful, as well! She made sure we were taken care of promptly!
Daniel did a terrific job today. He took time to explain different aspects of our heat pump unit and showed us the readings from his gauges. He cleaned various areas of the unit so it would run efficiently. As he explained: "it's the little things." He is extremely knowledgeable.
William their tech is awesome. I've never met a more honest an straight shooter than him. Their follow-up needs some work. Due to todays conditions, with availability and changing prices I understood that bill could not give me a price on replacing the blower motor on my Air handler and the office was to call back with a price. You would expect someone would get back to me within 24 hours. As of writing this its been 48 hours, no air handler and no call. And the longer it takes the further down the list i fall. All they need to do is atleast give a follow-up phone call to let the customer know the status. I will probably keep using Air Flow Designs, because of William....read full review
