I wen't with a Lennox Air Conditioner because our last home's Air Conditioner was a Lennox that lasted for 21 years. I was given an honest and fair price from the beginning which is why I wen't with Action Air. I liked how Action Air offers a full maintenance plan for $299/year so covers everything and gives them a chance to catch something before it breaks. Employees all are well trained and very informative. I'm in Valrico, FL.
Highly recommend the company! I had them initially put in a unit 5 years ago and just like any piece of equipment things wear or break. A valve on the unit went bad and requires repair. Dan came out to assess the issue. Donnie was my main point of contact. Together they worked to locate, diagnose and offer a solution to the issue.
