I was in a very difficult situation recently. My Lennox AC broke down, blower motor went out. I was working with another contractor, going on a week and half without AC during the summer heat wave, the other contractor would not return my calls or give me an update. I called Action Air Conditioning desperately looking for a plan B, and within hours they were calling everywhere trying to get me the part and trying to find a solution. Dan came to check on my a.c because I noticed it started to leak onto my ceiling. Without hesitation Dan found the problem, and offered two solutions. I admire his work ethic because we are in the dead heat of the summer in Florida we felt bad Dan had to go in the hot attic. Dan is a valuable asset to the company and I am pleased with his service!
