I was trying to find someone who could repair my Cartier sunglasses after one side bended when they were accidentally dropped. Even though the sunglasses were purchased less than a year ago, Cartier determined that the warranty was no longer valid because the model itself was dated — stating that the warranty period starts from the time the model was originally released, not from the date of purchase. No such disclaimer was provided at the time of purchase.
Cartier then quoted me $1,135.11 for the repair, while the sunglasses originally cost around $1,700, which felt like an unreasonable repair cost.
I had a great experience purchasing my eyeglasses at this location. The sales associate Juan Carlos was excellent — friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient while helping me choose the right frames. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
