Ordered an item through harbor freight and they use this company third party. Idk if they didn’t have it strapped down or just didn’t care and normally I don’t make a fuss but for the money I paid for the item and for shipping, I would expect it to come in better condition. It had scuff marks all over, scratches and dents and that’s only on the one side I opened the box. I can only image any of the other sides. Now the hassle to get a different one in time for a birthday. 😒
The AAA Cooper delivery professional was customer friendly, which is the reason for 2-stars. My overall experience with AAA Cooper was very dissappointing. For a company to deliver furniture and not bring it into the home is outrageous. Even after offering to pay for this service, it was communicated this is their policy that the customer was accountable for bringing what was a couch (121+ pounds) into the home. Sad and very poor customer service.
I wish I could leave 0 stars. I was promised delivery 2 times before the delivery was finally complete. I needed this delivery of 3 rolls of 36”x100’ of wire delivered when promised to go to my job site. I had a crew waiting and transport to the job site, which cost me money when the wire didn’t arrive. I had the wire placed on a pallet, strapped down and shrink wrapped from the building supply I purchased it from, so it wouldn’t be damaged and all 3 rolls would arrive safely. The photo is how it was finally delivered. Somehow the wrap, strapping and pallet were gone, and it looked like the wire was literally pushed off the back of the truck into my barn yard....read full review
