When my AC suddenly stopped working during a heatwave, I was panicked and desperate to find help fast. A&V Cool Air came through when I needed them most. I called late in the evening, and to my surprise, they answered right away and were able to send a technician out quickly.
The technician arrived on time, was incredibly professional, and immediately got to work diagnosing the problem. He explained everything clearly and had the necessary parts on hand to fix it right then and there—no waiting around for days without cool air!
