A+. Mike saved my printer! I have a brother laser printer, and I was expecting that I had to buy a new one. However, Mike saved the day. He is very detail-oriented, and truly takes great pride in his work. He really cares about the client. He works very thoroughly to diagnose at a great price. He then provides recommendation to proceed or not with any necessary repairs. He was very fast and responsive. Really, the whole experience was perfect and could not have been any better. Yay! I found an experienced, knowledgeable customer driven maintenance consultant for all my printers at work! Price was reasonable, timeliness was great and he was able to fix my issue. Waiting on pricing for some replacement parts as well. If you are looking for someone to service your machine I recommend you give them a call. BTW I own a Konica Printer, Oki Printer and a Konica Copier... he had experience with all these machines.
