I have to say, that my experience with the owner Tony at 911 Computer Repair, proves that he operates his business with honesty and integrity. Not only did he answer his phone when I called in (amazing how many businesses don’t pick up), he provided an easy process to get quotes for both laptops I was looking to get repaired. After him looking into both laptops from the photos I sent him using my phone (easy), he suggested one wasn’t worth repairing, unless I was attached to it. Nope. The second laptop he found only needed a battery replaced, which he suggested I could get from Amazon. He even provided me the link to buy it. $20 and it worked like a charm! That’s not only honesty, that’s what I call awesome customer service!
