I recently had a nutrition assessment and body scan with Amita and was absolutely amazed by the technology and information she was able to share with me by doing a simple body scan and asking me a couple questions about my diet and lifestyle. She does such a great job of breaking down all your numbers and explaining what everything means in basic terms. As someone who has been working out and counting calories for a few years off and on I found this session incredibly informative and helpful. I cannot recommend this service more, and I am so thankful to have met such a kind and caring individual who has helped me further my health journey.

Amita has been an amazing coach in my fitness journey! As someone who has trained consistently for 15+ years, I didn’t think I had much to learn about nutrition. Over the past several months, I’ve learned a lot about how what I eat impacts my mood and energy levels. In just 10-12 weeks, Amita has helped me achieve a body fat percentage goal I have struggled for the past several years. I could not recommend 7.7 Nutrition more!
