Friendly staff and month to month membership with no fees is the way to go. Exactly what I was looking for. Hard-core gym with A LOT of machines that I could hardly find in any other gym.

Came here to try out a new bodybuilding gym and was disappointed.Front desk lady was rude, gym looks run down - VERY OLD SCHOOL look.No posing rooms for bodybuilders. $5 workout fee if non member. Wouldn’t come back.

Loved it. Old bodybuilding equipment PRICELESS. staff was friendly and the feminine products in the bathroom was a nice touch. And oh bathroom was super clean

I've known Mike for over 10 years and Jim. Mike has always been like a son to me I knew his dad great guy. Mike has done a amazing job with the gym over the years. The last of the hardcore gyms left. Love you Mike.

Really used to love going here but it’s gotten over run with tik tokers and the equipment is falling apart all the time. Employees chasing trainers and having kids with eachother super unprofessional.. instead of fraternizing with eachother they may wanna deep clean the machines. There’s dust and napkins from the 90s stuck in them still. Dude at the door also lets his friends in free while other have to pay. Glad we stepped away from this gym.

a awesome hardcore gym. Old school equipment, most people here train hard arent on there phones. Wish i lived closer. Its a great gym and very fair price

The daily pass cost of $5 is unbeatable, and it's also not packed at all usually.However it can get kind of stinky. If the gym doesn't take care of the heat and moisture better, everything will be rusty and gross by the end of the year
