I've known Mike for over 10 years and Jim. Mike has always been like a son to me I knew his dad great guy. Mike has done a amazing job with the gym over the years. The last of the hardcore gyms left. Love you Mike.

The daily pass cost of $5 is unbeatable, and it's also not packed at all usually.However it can get kind of stinky. If the gym doesn't take care of the heat and moisture better, everything will be rusty and gross by the end of the year

Excellent Gym to work out just moved to Florida. Found this awesome gym six minutes from my new house If you're serious about working out and getting into shape this is the place.
