Andrew came to my rescue early on Sunday morning of Memorial day weekend
All my plumbing was backing up and i needed immediate assistance. Andrew took care of the issue. He's easy to talk too and affordable . Definitely the person to rely on if future plumbing problems pop up.
Andrew was extremely helpful, honest and fair. We had a last minute faucet issue with a leak and he came same day and fixed it seamlessly. He then provided expert advice on other projects we had in mind and offered sensible solutions with our best interest in mind. We would highly recommend him to anyone.
Special Ops Plumbing Saved My Shower (and My Sanity)
So I thought I was being handy. There was a little leak from the tub spout, and I figured, “No big deal — probably just the cartridge.” Famous last words.
Next thing you know, the screw that holds the handle to the valve is stripped beyond salvation. Like, whoever installed this thing used a medieval torture technique disguised as plumbing hardware. It refused to budge. Andrew shows up, calm as ever, and basically says, “Yeah, we’re gonna have to go full send on this.” Long story short, the handle got sawed off like a bad breakup and we ended up ripping open the wall... read full review
