I’ve been using this dry cleaner for years and honestly have always had a great experience. Friendly service, clothes always come back looking good, and no issues on my end. I get everyone has different experiences — I guess I’m just not that needy
Honestly, I think some of the negative reviews are just from the type of people you can’t please no matter what.

I’ve been a customer for quite a few years and the service has always been great ! Recently I needed express service and received it before expected. Jackie ,who started working there recently provided excellent service. Monica and DaviAnne are veterans and very capable.

I absolutely love the service at this place, the lady is always courteous and those great alterations. The issues behind lost garments and delays may be related to their offsite operations, the front desk attendant gas no control and in some cases feels the same frustration as the customer. I personally have never had any issues with the front desk.
