HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you call and speak to Maggie please hang up or request to speak to somebody else. That front office worker is disrespectful, rude and has major attitude problems. This is a place were senior citizens go to be seen and they should be helped by nice caring people, not uneducated rude individuals. Hopefully when Conviva takes over Clinical Care Medical Center they FIRE maggie for her incompetence.

I have been on the phone MY ENTIRE 1 HOUR LUNCH BREAK!!! Trying to get a FIRST TIME CLIENT EXAM!!!! BECAUSE OF A MEDICAL EMERGENCY!!! The first time I called I was bounced to 3 different people. Then hung up on. The second time. Someone just put the phone down and I heard people talking in Spanish in the background for 5 MINUTES!!!! I hung up. Called again. Just to be put on hold for another 10 minutes. Forget this place. I'm going somewhere else. If you're smart, you will too.

I have been a patient here since 2019. As other reviews state, it is 99% spanish speaking, if you do not speak or understand spanish it is VERY hard to communicate with the staff. I manage to get by at the clinic however the call center is the absolute worse. You get no where speaking with them. Not 1 person speaks English and it is frustrating. Clinic is always clean and staff very friendly there but again, language barrier is a huge issue. I was seeing Dr Acosta who I absolutely loved. He took his time with each patient and he also knew patients by face. I trusted him 100% with my care. He isn't a doctor who pushes pills or misdiagnose.
