I have been receiving care in this place for many years, first with ProSalud and then with Medical Insurance. The laboratory is efficient. Dr. Zamora is a very thoughtful person and aware of his patients. I think they have more patients than they can care for and perhaps that affects them but I have always received good treatment and help.

Every time I come here I am always waiting It doesn't make sense why I have an appointment scheduled for 12:15 and I have to wait OVER AN HOUR to be seen by the doctor. This is not the first time I am very disappointed y'all need to do something about y'all time management. People have things to do other than sitting around waiting for a doctor! EVERYONE ELSE TIME MATTERS. FIX YALL DAMN SCHEDULING IF YALL GOING TO TAKE HOURS WITH 1 DAMN PATIENT!!!! HIRE MORE DOCTORS IF YOU NEED TOO IDC. I had to reschedule this same appointment like 5 times already just cause i had to wait over an hour to see the doctor and it's still the same thing! Unprofessional asf

Such an amazing experience, highly recommend to everyone. Staff is super nice and make sure that everything get explained properly and that everything is understood. They speak both English and Spanish depending on the patient. Overall, nothing to complaint about.
