Doctor Strickland my psychiatrist has always there for me this past year and his residents have been great especially Dr. Lee, who is studying psychiatry. He was very understanding and it was a great feeling the way he was able to allow me too open up about certain things, a great resident in general.
Everytime i come in everyone is very nice and professional. My Np has also been a great help to my mental health but they never answer the phone, I've been a paintent for 3 months and they've only answered the phone 2 times and every time I'm told that I should leave a message and they will get back to me, I've never had this experience at any doctors office little alone a psychiatry office that needs to change in my opinion it is very unprofessional to your patients.
Dr Strickland and his team, as well as Miller and her team are top knotch. The desk staff is awesome and responsive. Our whole family have had nothing but positive experiences with this care facility.
