James from Truly Nolen completed a home inspection for termites and other WDO's today. I was very pleased with the service received. He was very professional, did a thorough job with the inspection, and made sure I understood the findings before leaving.
I'm updating my review. I need to apologize for writing that they only do from the ground up to 10' on the exterior. The forms they filled out made it sound as though this is all they did. The owner explained to me how the state of Florida uses specific forms that their company has to use, but they actually do the entire bldg. Although it does sound as though they do not move anything to look behind objects where water could feasibly pool and cause rot and then invasion by insects or mold could set in. James, the owner came over to review everything with me and answered many questions that I had about the home. I appreciate the time he took to explain everything.
Outstanding Service from Anthony!
I recently had Anthony from Truly Nolen come out for our pest control service, and I couldn't be more impressed! He was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Anthony was incredibly thorough with the treatment, taking his time to make sure everything was done right. He was also very nice and friendly throughout the entire visit, which made the experience even better.
What really stood out to me was how his service quality exceeded our previous experiences with other technicians. The attention to detail and professionalism he brought to the job was exactly what we were looking for.
