I had the occasion to meet Troy and Junior from TruVolt today. Their office responded to my request two days ago. The appointment was scheduled the same day, & they arrived this morning promptly between their 8 to 10 window, closer to eight. A 5 second evaluation had them heading to HD for a new bathroom fixture, that had been flickering threateningly. Not only did they match the other fixture, Troy kindly changed out that bulb as well, so the lighting would match! They were on their way just after 9:30; pretty awesome. It wasn’t a big job, but it’s given me the confidence to have TruVolt take care of all our electrical work in the future! Oh, and they were polite, professional, AND they wiped their shoes off! Nathan and Andrew were excellent to work with. They were very prompt and detailed oriented. We had a small electric gremlin that they diagnosed and resolved very efficiently. 10/10 would highly recommend and use again for any future projects. Thanks guys!
I needed a wall charger set up for an EV. The proposal came out the very next day after they had someone come look at it. They were able to schedule me the following week. And they were early on the day they were scheduled to come out. They were done the same day (on time), and the price was extremely competitive against the other proposals I had. I've worked with them in the past related to general electric work on a home inspection/purchase, and both experiences were very positive. Professional, direct, easy to work with, and on time. Cannot recommend them enough.
