The staff is noted as super nice, very diligent, patient, kind, and easy to work with, offering flexibility and working around challenges like weather. Absolutely amazing experience for my daughter’s birthday party! The bounce house was spotless, in excellent condition, and set up perfectly. Everything was handled professionally from start to finish. Scott was friendly, punctual, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up safely and ready to go on time.
