Rytech sent out their technician and he was very professional and informative. James Morgan was very respectful and polite during the water mitigation process. James did not rush the process and answered any questions my wife and I had during the process. He is very detail oriented and has excellent customer service skills.
I had a water leak in the wall of my house. I filed a claim through my insurance and was contacted by Veronica. I had Jake come out for my water extraction. He was awesome. He was very knowledgeable and provided me with great insights about what to do with my current situation. He took his time and was very thorough as well. I would recommend this company to anyone.
The best part is these gentlemen working clean up their messes. Our home had alot of damages and it's so stressful. They had to cut all the walls up 4ft through the entire home but they cleaned up the mess. They are doing a great job. The gentlemen are very polite and professional.
