Refined is an example of what a salon should be-- clean, professional, quiet and in a great location. There are two stylists. I have experience with the owner and her techniques are excellent. She is an expert in hair CARE and STYLES. Her silk press is very straight and silky for several weeks, yet your original curl pattern bounces back after a shampoo. I was definitely pleased with my service.
