It is always great to support local businesses! After recently purchasing a new home, the previous owner did not transfer over a key to the mailbox. Learning the hard way that the post office is no longer responsible for the cluster box units, I was left on my own. The staff at Precision were extremely friendly, from scheduling to Caleb coming to the mailbox to do the swap of locks. If you want honest pricing and service, give them a call! Cannot appreciate them enough!

Took a couple knives in for sharpening on a whim and they were done in about the same time it took for them to make a copy of a key for me. Got home and both the key and the knives were perfect. Great folks!

Excellent service. I called and the gentleman answered the phone anyway. After I let him know I just a duplicate key he let know he would be there a bit longer and to go ahead and stop by.
