i went here for my first pap smear/wellness exam, and it went so great! kristen the NP was absolutely incredible. both her and caroline the MA were so helpful and kind, i came in crying because i was so nervous and they took the time out to explain everything so in detail and gave me so much reassurance. i felt completely comfortable with kristen and we laughed the whole time and i was able to have my partner there to hold my hand. i truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, i feel very lucky to have this location near me.

Not sure if my first review went through so reposting just to make sure. The entirety of the staff were so incredibly kind hearted and empathetic. They openly communicated with me which helped alleviate a lot of fears and worries I was having. They also throughly walked me through this entire process step by step so I felt like I was in control the whole time, which is a huge positive for me because I have past trauma that still impacts me.
