Ricky came to our home with a full set of equipment, ready to use everything we asked for. The biggest thing for our family is that he uses products that are safe our my dog, Lexington. She got into some of the liquid traps he set out in the kitchen & Ricky was very transparent about quantities and consumption for animals. Second. Biggest thing is being very thorough in the spider webs inside & outside of the home. No surprise Ricky was good & kind after I found out he’s a fellow Hoosier that moved to Florida. We’re going to call Ricky back for anything pest related in the future.
