The generator was installed correctly and it works, however the installers did leave my telephones box disconnected from the house, a hole in the dry wall was left on top of my circuit box during install, and when i let the workers inside they let my small dog out and left her out in till I got home which put her in unnecessary danger. Also the crew used loud vulgar language while working. Also, I haven't received the router to allow wireless connection to the generator. ... This install was over 16000 dollars and besides mentioned problems the generator and install went well.

I was impressed with the quality of their work and the owner’s professionalism in resolving issues. Frank was quick to respond and make things right. Based on the quality of work and his professionalism I recommended them.

They were prompt and professional. They climbed up 10 ft on the outside of my house and put in 8 new floodlight fixtures. Reasonable rates, will definitely use them again in the future.
