Over the past 9 years I have studied and researched new and different ways to relieve pain, help heal injuries, improve circulation, relieve stress, increase relaxation and aid in the general wellness of my clients. I have learned how to manually manipulate patients’ soft body tissues such as muscles and connective tissues to not only reduce pain but relax tissues, nerves and muscles, improve circulation and other bodily functions, while increasing blood flow brining nutrients to repair the damaged areas and carrying away waste. Each client has different needs, so I tailor each session to the needs of that client designed to reduce stress and relax patients mentally, physically and emotionally.
