I want to applaud Dr. Shelby Hoffmeyer for her persistence in helping solve my hearing dilemma. After many tries, tests, and a great deal of determination, she found a solution that works for me.

Went to McDonnell Hearing Solutions after visiting another local audiologist who wanted nothing more than to sell me very expensive hearing aids that I did not need. I was rather apprehensive going to another office. I met with Shawn and Dr. McDonnell who conducted a hearing test and actually explained the results to me!! Dr. McDonnell was extremely kind and patient with me. She answered all my questions and fitted me with a pair of hearing aids suited for me. In addition to saving literally thousands of dollars, I felt that Dr. McDonnell and her staff cared about me.
