Gabe Lovett made it a wonderful experience with Massey. He explained each step that would be taking place with our pest problem. He even took the time to explain each procedure that could benefit the inside and outside of our home. Gabe Lovett is very personable and it felt like family coming in and doing a job done right. While it was only our free inspection, he made each routine very digestable and understandable. I am very excited to start the beginning relationships with Massey.
AJ came out to do a termite inspection and explained what he was looking for and was able to point out a couple of things that I should keep an eye on for the future. Even though he was just here for a termite inspection he pointed out a potential place rodents might be tempted to enter the wall. And he was super nice and professional. I am really happy.
AJ was very professional, personable & knowledgeable. He conduted our annual inspection as well as assisted in inspecting the attic and set up for additional insulation being placed in the attic.
