James and his wife do an amazing job on our front and back yard. They edge the driveway and the sidewalk and always make sure the outdoor patio areas are tidy before they leave. It’s been one of the best decisions ever to use James! The ease of the LawnStarter app makes it even better. I can adjust the frequency or even reschedule when I need to with the touch of a button. Great experience for us!
I was very happy with this service. I requested grass mowing service from LawnStarter because I could not find anyone local at a decent price or who would show up. LawnStarter gave me an online quote by reviewing a satellite photo of my home and it was $40 cheaper than the last quote. I'm thinking oh now that I got a quote they won't find anyone to mow my grass, but they had someone assigned to me for the day I picked within a couple of hours. The person who came to cut the grass did a great job. I am ecstatic this whole process is over and I have a permanent lawn guy.
Lawnstarter is a convenient service. I've been using it for a few years now. It's nice being able to manage my services on the app. It's nice that it notifies you a couple days before the service date. When they notify me I can check my yard and decide if it needs to be mowed or not. Then cancel that service when it doesn't need to be mowed. Sometimes it is a bit of a pain because the service providers change frequently at times. During spring through summer the least frequent service you can pick from is every 2 weeks. This is to frequent for my yard. So I end up cancelling a lot of the time. I haven't had many problems with poor service, billing problems, or missed...read full review
