Kim is THE BEST! I came to her after another seamstress ruined my wedding and reception dresses. She was able to repair my dresses in time for my big day. I cannot thank her enough! She was also supportive when I was emotional and panicking about the situation. Kim truly saved me! ❤️
Kim's work is phenomenal, and she's extremely kind and helpful.
I came to her shop 5 minutes to closing (by mistake), and yet she was so gracious to help me with my linen suit. She had me change first so that she can show me what the suit would look like if she took more or less fabric, explaining the pros and cons (having extra room to dance, etc).
Kim's got over 40 years of experience, and it shows not only in her work product but in her customer service skills. She took my measurements, and we set a date for me to pick up my suit. When I came to pick it up, I couldn't be happier with the result! I've gotten several compliments from my peers.

Kim has done a number of alterations for me. She was enthusiastically recommended by my friend who has used her services for many years. All of her work was done to perfection - lady's jackets, skirts, pants, hems, alterations. She is extremely smart and intuitively knows just what to do to solve a fitting issue for an optimal result. Turnaround time is very reasonable and if she needs a day or two more, she is very conscientious about letting me know. In addition to her sewing and tailoring skills and professionalism, Kim is a very likeable and pleasant person and has an impeccably organized and attractive shop.
