My sweet toilet has rattled for years and now we have silence ?. Joe came on time and did all the jobs quickly and efficiently. He is a nice friendly guy and the prices were lower than I expected.
Our previous plumber retired, so I called Mr. Boone because I read some good local reviews. I'm glad I did. He came the same day, gave us a 2 hour window and stuck to it. When he arrived, he jumped right to the problem (kitchen faucet clogged by debris in the water line) and fixed it promptly. He even showed me how the original installers did a poor job and fixed their errors. He then charged a reasonable fee. He is also a small shop, which I prefer to larger companies.I am completely happy with Mr. Boone's work and have put him in my Contacts as our go-to plumber for the future.
He's always been reasonable with me. I call him he's out here and fixes the problem. I have used others in the past but Joe is my go to guy from now on.Which reminds me I need to call him and have him hook up ice machine into me my water line.
