Jeff is a detail oriented and experienced inspector. His report was extremely thorough with many pictures. We met him at the property and he answered all of our questions and put us at ease with this process. At the end of the day, Jeff discovered several issues that were impossible to see with the untrained eye and he saved us from a giant mistake. I am grateful for Jeff's and help with this process.
