Rob did my original inspection on my first time home over 10 years ago. Last year due to a change of insurance I called him to do a 4-point. He was very thorough and showed me everything and made some recommendations. We decided to sell our home and purchase a new one. I called Rob again to inspect a home we were considering purchasing and he pointed out some major repairs that would need to be done and we dodged a bullet by not purchasing that home which would have costed more than it was worth. Rob was extremely thorough and wonderful at explaining everything to us. I wish we would have had him on our first home purchase - he would have saved us a lot of money. Definitely recommend.
