Had a really nice experience at Hotel Duval Saturday night. Had to park on the street and couldn’t find my car in the pouring rain. One of your valet drivers, James, was extremely helpful and retrieved my car for me. I truly appreciate his help.
I truly don’t have enough words! 😍 After experiencing terrible service at another nearby hotel, I arrived feeling completely frustrated and exhausted. Something told me to give The Duval a try, and I’m so glad I did!
From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with genuine kindness. Niya was the first to greet me, and she immediately made me feel at home with her warm and friendly personality. Then I headed up to the rooftop and met Samyra, the bartender, who was just as wonderful and made the experience even better.

OMG... my new home away from home. Will be coming to this town for the next 4 years and the staff made this my place. From pulling up in my car, to check in, to randomly meeting a manager in the hall -- what customer service. Amazing property and I am spoiled but this place knows how to take care of guests. C ya SOON!!!
