The front desk staff was professional, not too friendly because they seem to be extremely busy.
Dr Hatsway's assistant was professional, through, and seemed to be concerned but extremely careful during the exam.
Dr. Hathaway gave me my devastating results, I was in terrible distraught to not be able to get glasses prescribed because I need to be seen by a specialist first. Although my results were not as I expected I still feel like my overall results were professional, explained what the exam showed and was explained thoroughly about the findings. Front staff are professional and helpful!
Dr Hathaway is nice enough and we were able to do a basic eye exam he was good at keeping my two year old calm.
I had hoped to do a more thorough exam, my son was a preemie with growth restriction and that can sometimes affect eye development. I was also recommend by my son’s speech therapist because of a couple things they noticed during therapy. I wish my concerns had been taken a little more seriously. Dr Hathaway also made a comment about a snack my son was holding calling it “junk food”. I’ve been going here for years but for the first time today I experienced very rude behavior from the workers. I literally sat in the parking lot and saw someone walk up, unlock the door and let the white visor up on the door and didn’t lock the door so I thought I could walk in. I knocked on the door and was completely ignored, I sat in my car and called the number 3 times and still was ignored. Soon as I hung up someone walked up and pulled the white visor back down covering the door. 😒 If someone couldn’t help me at the time someone should have simply opened the door and said so but to completely ignore someone is beyond disrespectful
