I’ve been going here for years but for the first time today I experienced very rude behavior from the workers. I literally sat in the parking lot and saw someone walk up, unlock the door and let the white visor up on the door and didn’t lock the door so I thought I could walk in. I knocked on the door and was completely ignored, I sat in my car and called the number 3 times and still was ignored. Soon as I hung up someone walked up and pulled the white visor back down covering the door. 😒 If someone couldn’t help me at the time someone should have simply opened the door and said so but to completely ignore someone is beyond disrespectful

i am a ssi and ssdi beneficiary. i walked in with my Rx and insurance to purchase eye glasses. their intake process was simple. their frames selection was nice for my Rx requirements fortunately. 11 days after my order i got the call my glasses were ready for pickup. notice how i have the transition lenses. super sharp! i didnt pay anything out of pocket from start to finish
