Customers describe the company as professional, responsive, and honest. Communication was flawless from the first phone call to the final inspection, with the entire process explained, all questions answered, and a fair and transparent estimate provided. Crews arrived exactly on time and worked incredibly hard. They were respectful of property, took great care to protect landscaping, and did an immaculate job cleaning up afterward. The craftsmanship is top-tier and the roof looks amazing.
One customer noted an expensive but necessary project was handled professionally, and another had skylights removed and replaced with plywood and shingles after a consultation and estimate. A Real Estate Broker always includes Hartsfield when getting quotes because the company is very responsive, accommodates deadlines, leaves a clean work site, and is reasonably priced. An estimate was received the same day it was requested, and the team was extremely personable and helpful with no one pushy at all. The job was done extremely efficiently and professionally, and everything was left clean. Customers highly recommend Hartsfield Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.
Very happy with the service and professionalism. From estimate to completion, each member of their team was a pleasure to work with. The pricing was reasonable, and lower than another quote I had received. The lead time was just a couple weeks, and the entire replacement was efficient and completed with care.

I Needed to remove my sky lights and replace with plywood and shingles. Nick came out and provided consultation, and an estimate. Their crew showed up on time, did a fantastic job, and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend for any roofing needs.
