My brief experience with Halo Salon & Experience was fantastic. I needed a last-minute short haircut and color and discovered this place on Instagram. Though I couldn't reach them by phone or message, their voicemail gave me confidence in their customer service values. I decided to visit in person. The ambiance was wonderful. Tasha immediately paused her work with a client to assist me. She apologized for not being able to take a walk-in but recommended another stylist and provided a contact number. Her attentiveness and effort were impressive! More businesses should adopt this level of customer service!
