I showed up on time for my appointment but wasn’t put in the chair until 30 minutes later. There was no apology or acknowledgment for the wait. When I asked about it, instead of taking accountability, the barber got defensive and made excuses.

On top of that, he was eating while cutting my hair, which is unprofessional and unsanitary. The haircut itself was fine, but professionalism and honesty matter just as much as skill.

At the end of the day, he’s just not an honest barber. A little accountability and respect for clients’ time would go a long way.
