The post below by Randie D. is leaving out facts. We did work for her through a GC and gave her 2 options. One was to do it correctly and the second was to put a Band-Aid on it telling her and the GC it may not last due to the major issues that were present on the deck. Randie D. told the GC she did not want to pay the amount that was required to due it correctly, so she decided for the CHEAP WAY OUT knowing that it may not last. She called us back over a year later and expected us to fix it correctly for FREE. She forgot to mention also It was outside of our 1 yr. labor warranty and was made aware of that. She also didn't mention that there was a large deck on the back of her house that had sever water intrusion issues that we did fix with the correct applications and it never leaked again. There is always 2 sides to a story. That's why you should not make a decision on 1 yelp review. Sincerely, GLPi
