I recently built a small workshop on my property and had two different interactions with Garrison Design. First, during the workshop's planning phase, I got a quote from them for a metal roof. My workshop is small and so the quote was quite low. Sometimes these types of small jobs seem to bother some companies. In this case, the salesperson was very friendly and helpful and gave me a quote quickly. In the end, I decided to do an asphalt roof and did not purchase the metal roofing here. Fast forward several months later after and I was almost finished my asphalt roof job when i realized I needed a long piece of metal flashing to do the job correctly. I was referred to Garrison Design and called them for the second time. The same salesperson was again very helpful and did not seem bothered by my very small order. He called me back the same day and told me that my custom order was ready! I was impressed at the speed. After picking up my order, I realized that the proper metal roofing screws I needed to install my custom flashing were not available at the local Big Box stores. I called back and spoke to the same salesperson who was once again very helpful. The type, length, and color of screw that I needed was a special order and he offered to place the order for me. He had my screws ready the next day. I really appreciate it when I can get such high-quality service for small orders. I am not a production builder - just a DIY homeowner. I will recommend Garrison Design any time I can.

Several years ago, I had a new energy-star metal roof installed by Garrison Design. It really lowered my energy bills and looked gorgeous. The crew was super professional. They showed up on time, did what they promised to do, and cleaned up everything when they left. I priced several companies and their price was very competitive, as well. They also gave me a lifetime warranty on the roof, to boot! Fast forward to the present. There was a slight leak discovered around one of the soffits. I called the company. Buddy Garrison immediately came out to my home, told me not to worry, that he would get it fixed immediately and there would be no charge-- all covered by the warranty. To me, this is the essence of professionalism and integrity, how a company treats you when they no longer have anything to gain financially from you. I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting a metal roof--- and frankly why would anyone want anything else given the lifetime warranty, the great service, the lower energy bills, and the tax credits from the federal and local government?
