From calls to set up appointment to consultation and procedure digestive disease clinic has really impressed me. Two years ago I chose another clinic for the same procedure as DDC had terrible reviews. That was a mistake. Today, I am so happy to report that they have turned things around and that all their staff is amazing! Dr. Gao, the nurses, receptionists everyone took the best care of me and made sure that I was comfortable and felt safe. They even called me this morning to check that I’m doing ok post procedure. I highly recommend this clinic!
I was honestly taken aback with surprise by how well my first appointment at the clinic was yesterday. I have had some unfortunately bad experiences with doctors lately, and came to this appointment with low expectations. However, the physicians assistant who facilitated my intake was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding to help ease my mind during a very turbulent time in my health. Furthermore, Dr. Rodriguez made me feel heard and validated. Nothing bothers me more than when doctors minimize your feelings and make assumptions.
