Tephanie was so kind and helpful! I brought my wedding dress in with major staining at the bottom from water, sand, dance floor, etc and Tephanie gave me an estimate for cleaning and preserving. She was clear about the process and what I could expect when I picked up. I picked up today and I am so happy with the results! Looks like new! I will definitely be using Custom Care as my cleaner for everything!!
